A Blast From The Past
Active traveling is one of my greatest passions.
In the blog section of my website, I will try to bring you closer to the finest and most inspiring unbeaten paths I’ve taken. You will find more photographs on my hikes, climbs, rappelling and other adventures in a ‘Travel’ section of my website.
Passionate about nature I spend as much time as I can pursuing activities in the ‘great outdoors’ – that’s where I find my sense of belonging. Love to travel, challenge myself and explore near and far. I am happy kayaking a river, biking, caving or hiking down the mountain – these move and sustain me, push to try something new.
In the photograph: Nu’alolo & Nu’alolo Cliff Trails in Koke’e State Park, Kaua’i. It’s about 10 mile hike rated as strenuous. After descending through the lush native forest to Lolo Vista Lookout, with spectacular views of the steep and heavily vegetated cliffs called pali in Hawaiian, you will traverse the canyon’s rim at the elevation of 3,000 feet above the Pacific Ocean. A truly awesome hike offering sweeping views of the cliffs along Kauai’s northwest coastline.
